Hide Pictures On Facebook
But, as Business Insider explains, it's extremely easy for individuals to still see those pictures using the search box.
If you do a Facebook search for an individual's name with "Photos of" in front of it, you'll see every photo they're tagged in.
Even if they're not your Facebook pal.
Even if they've picked "conceal from timeline" on the image.
Even if the person never ever approved the photo.
Creep away, I think.
So how do you protect your own photos from stated creepers? There's a couple of choices. You can manually un-tag yourself from all the pictures you're tagged in whenever. Or, you can change your privacy settings.
Just go to settings, then "timeline and tagging," then discover the alternative "When you're tagged in a post, who do you wish to contribute to the audience?" and choose "only me."
