Ways To Automatically Post Instagram Photos To Facebook Account
Action 1: Open up the Instagram application & click your 'account' tab
Step 2: Click on the gear symbol in the leading right to access your account settings.

Step 4: Click 'facebook' to grant permission (if your name shows up next to 'Facebook' you have already granted permission).

How to Post to your Facebook Web Page from Instagram
From the Home screen of your Instagram account, click your profile photo in the bottom best edge.
