Altering your Facebook password only takes a few seconds, so it's an excellent concept to alter it whenever you suspect someone might have accessed your computer, or regularly every few months.

Change Or Reset Facebook Password
Check in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, situated beside Password.
Enter your existing password followed by the one you 'd like to be your brand-new one. Click Save Changes to use your edits:
