Create An Event On Facebook
Technique 1 On Mobile
1. Open Facebook. Tap the Facebook app icon, which looks like a white "f" on a dark-blue background. This will open your News Feed page if you're visited.

2. Tap ☰. It remains in either the bottom-right corner of the screen (iPhone) or the top-right corner of the screen (Android). Doing so opens a menu.

3. Tap Events. You'll discover this calendar-shaped choice near the top of the menu.
- If you're using the speculative variation of Facebook, you may have to scroll down to discover Events.
4. Tap Develop (iPhone) or ＋. On iPhone, tap Produce in the top-right corner of the screen and on Android, tap the blue plus sign in the bottom-right of the screen. This will bring up a menu at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select an event type. On iPhone, choose an event type from the menu, and on Android, tap the event type at the top of the page and choose among the following options:
- Produce Private Event - Makes a Facebook-only occasion that just welcomed individuals can access.

7. Upload photos for the occasion. Tap the cam or photos icon to the right of the occasion's name, then select images from your phone.
8. Include a time for the occasion. Tap the existing time (it will say "Today at [time]), then choose a date and time and tap OK.

2. Click Occasions. It's beside a calendar icon on the left side of the News Feed page.
3. Click + Create Event. This blue button is on the left side of the screen. A drop-down menu will appear.
4. Select an event type. Click among the following in the drop-down menu:
- Produce Private Event - Produces an event that only people who are welcomed can see.
- Create Public Occasion - Creates an event open up to all individuals, regardless of whether or not they have Facebook accounts.
5. Publish an image for your event. Click Upload Picture or Video to open a window with your computer system's files in it, then pick a picture or video and click Open at the bottom of the window.
6. Include a name for the occasion. In the "Occasion Call" text field, key in the name that you desire to use for your event. The name should be detailed however concise (e.g., "Father's 60th Birthday Celebration").
7. Get in an area. Type the address or basic location where the occasion will take place into the "Location" text field.
