How To Remove Facebook Reviews
While you can not necessarily get rid of the bad evaluation, you can disable the alternative for your map, check-ins and stars (evaluations) to appear. Here is the best ways to remove reviews from your Facebook Fan Page (as of 10/8/15).
- Go to your Facebook Fan Page.
- Click Settings button (top right) and after that click the "About" tab (towards middle of the page). OR, you might also have the ability to click "About" as an initial step.
3. Do NOT click on the map. Rather, Click on the "Page Info" button seen left wing.
4. Then, hover to the right of your address till you see a pencil and the word "Edit".
5. Click the pencil. It will open up the dialogue box. Here's the map.
6. Now, uncheck package that states "Show map, check-ins and star ratings on the page".
7. Then click Conserve Modifications.
In the past, this is how people were doing it: Click Edit page > Update page info > Under Page information edit Address > disable 'Program this map on your page'.
FYI: Blocking someone on your Facebook Fan Page does not assist. Others will still have the ability to see the Review even if you do not after blocking them so try disabling the reviews from appearing completely. The downside is that great evaluations you have will also NOT be seen; however, there are lots of other places to show your positive reviews such on your site, Google, yelp, review websites and so on.
