Altering your Facebook password just takes a couple of seconds, so it's a great idea to alter it whenever you believe somebody may have accessed your computer system, or regularly every couple of months.
If you find viruses or malware on your computer system, change your Facebook password. If others have administrative access to your company page, remind them to keep their passwords protect too.
Change My Password On Facebook Account
Check in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, located beside Password.
Enter your current password followed by the one you wish to be your brand-new one. Click Save Changes to use your edits:

Use a strong password for your Facebook account. Facebook recommends a combination of at least six characters including numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
If you cannot remember your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Facebook login screen. Follow the onscreen guidelines to identify your account and reset your password.

Anyone with access to the email address you use to visit to Facebook can reset your password and take control of your Facebook account.
