Changing your Facebook password just takes a few seconds, so it's a smart idea to change it whenever you think someone may have accessed your computer, or regularly every few months.
If you discover infections or malware on your computer, alter your Facebook password. If others have administrative access to your company page, remind them to keep their passwords protect too.
Change Password Facebook
Check in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, located beside Password.
Enter your existing password followed by the one you want to be your brand-new one. Click Save Changes to use your edits:

Utilize a strong password for your Facebook account. Facebook recommends a mix of a minimum of 6 characters including numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Facebook login screen. Follow the onscreen directions to identify your account and reset your password.

Anybody with access to the e-mail address you use to log in to Facebook can reset your password and take control of your Facebook account.
