Altering your Facebook password just takes a couple of seconds, so it's a good idea to alter it whenever you suspect somebody may have accessed your computer system, or consistently every few months.
If you discover infections or malware on your computer, change your Facebook password. If others have administrative access to your organisation page, advise them to keep their passwords protect as well.
How Do You Change Facebook Password
Sign in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, located beside Password.
Enter your existing password followed by the one you want to be your new one. Click Save Changes to use your edits:

Use a strong password for your Facebook account. Facebook recommends a mix of at least six characters including numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
If you can't remember your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link on the Facebook login screen. Follow the onscreen instructions to identify your account and reset your password.
