Blocking Alternative 1
From the profile of the person you wish to obstruct, choose the icon with three dots next to the Message button, then select Block.
Obstructing Alternative 2
- Login to your Facebook account.
- Select the arrow at the upper-right part of the screen, then choose Settings.
- Select Blocking on the left pane.
- In the Block users location, type a Name or Email, then click Block to browse. A - list of names will appear where you can choose Block.
Uncloging
If you ever wish to undo a block on an individual, simply click the Unblock link beside the name to let the person see your profile again, then click Confirm on the dialog that appears afterwards.
Mobile Site
- Select the Menu icon at the upper-left portion of the screen.
- Scroll down and select Account Settings.
- Pick Stopping.
- Search for a name in the Type a name or email field, then choose the Block button.
You can unblock users in the Blocked users section by selecting the Unblock button beside the person s name.
iOS App
- Select the More button at the lower-right side of the screen.
- Scroll down and choose Settings.
- Pick Blocking.
- Search for a name in the Type a name or email field, then pick the Block button.
You can unclog users in the Obstructed users section by choosing the Unblock button beside the person s name.
Android App
- Select the Menu icon at the upper-right portion of the screen.
- Scroll down and choose Account Settings.
- Select Blocking.
- Search for a name in the Type a name or email field, then select the Block button.
