How To Delete Reviews On Facebook
While you can not necessarily remove the bad review, you can disable the choice for your map, check-ins and stars (reviews) to appear. This will stop the general public from seeing any reviews on your Fan Page. Try it out! Here is the best ways to eliminate reviews from your Facebook Fan Page (since 10/8/15).
- Go to your Facebook Fan Page.
- Click Settings button (leading right) then click the "About" tab (towards middle of the page). OR, you may also be able to click "About" as a first action.

FYI: Blocking somebody on your Facebook Fan Page does not assist. Others will still be able to see the Review even if you do not after blocking them so try disabling the evaluations from showing up entirely. The disadvantage is that great reviews you have will also NOT be seen; nevertheless, there are plenty of other places to show your positive evaluations such on your site, Google, yelp, evaluation sites etc.
