Change Facebook Group Name
Thankfully the group name isn't really because little classification of irreversible names, and it's not totally apparent how to change it, but it can be done.

To start, go to your group page on Facebook but do not click "Edit Settings" because it ain't what you desire. Rather look down the ideal side of the page. About a third of the method down you'll see these options:.

To alter your Facebook group name, just click in the text box that has the current name and use DELETE, arrows and much like alter the name to one that's more appropriate. For this demonstration, I changed the group name from "Front Variety Blog Writer Meetup: The Facebook Group" to just "Front Range Blog Writer Meetup".
When you have actually set it appropriately, click "Conserve" at the bottom of the window and.

Confusingly, though, the page that includes the notification of the modification being accepted still has the old name showed:.
No worries. That's simply a caching problem: click "Back to Group" and we see the :.
Now we're done and it's verified.
I must discuss that everybody in the group will see an upgrade notice that the name has been altered, however I can't think of that's an issue:.
