Changing your Facebook password just takes a couple of seconds, so it's a good idea to alter it whenever you suspect someone might have accessed your computer, or regularly every couple of months.

Check in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, situated next to Password.
Enter your existing password followed by the one you 'd like to be your new one. Click Save Changes to apply your edits:
