Altering your Facebook password only takes a couple of seconds, so it's a smart idea to alter it whenever you suspect someone may have accessed your computer, or routinely every few months.
If you find viruses or malware on your computer, alter your Facebook password. If others have administrative access to your service page, advise them to keep their passwords protect also.
How To Change Password Facebook
Sign in to your Facebook account. Go to Settings > General > Edit, situated next to Password.
Enter your present password followed by the one you 'd like to be your new one. Click Save Changes to use your edits:

Use a strong password for your Facebook account. Facebook recommends a mix of at least six characters including numbers, letters and punctuation marks.
