Action 1: Go the profile of the user you wish to contribute to your Limited List. You can arrive by looking for the user by hand, or by tapping on their name on a post or remark they have actually shared.
Action 2: Tap the "Pals" button under the user's name.
Action3: Tap "Edit Buddy Notes."
Action 4: Scroll to the bottom of the list, and tap "Restricted" to add a check mark to this row.
